Roles & Responsibility :
- Demand Creation, Opportunity Analysis, Opportunity Validation and Qualification, Solution Design and Proposal Creation galvanizing required support, Proposing, Contracting and Order Management, Implementation and Post-Sales Activities
- Identify and qualify new business prospects by determining if the prospect matches the assigned business segment's services and qualifications, outlining opportunities and benefits of pursing a relationship
- Establish an excellent working relationship with clients, continuously striving to improve the business relationship and level of overall service that the business segment is providing
- Design and/or refine sales processes, methodologies and organization structures that will scale to support rapid growth coming from both organic sources and through acquisition
- Provide functional leadership and drive organizational accountability by reviewing major account plans, monitoring and managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress against plans, ensuring accurate forecasting of revenue and expenses, developing annual and quarterly sales target, and establishing sales compensation plans and policies
- Collaborate closely with regional sales peers to share best-practices and with other business line executives to ensure that the - voice of the customer- is reflected in marketing, product, operational and financial decision making processes
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all are working towards the target customer account's business strategy measured by regular meetings to discuss opportunities, the client's business and discuss and refine the account plan
- Identify, coordinate, and deploy resources into the customer accounts, facilitate ongoing communication through regular team meetings, and serve as primary point of contact on troubleshooting or issues requiring immediate attention for targeted accounts
- Provides in field training classroom and one on one
Qualifications For Sales :
- Qualify deals
- Experience identifying, developing, and managing relationships at the senior executive and Chief Executive Officer Levels
- Minimum two years of experience in sales support, technical support, customer service, administrative support, marketing, data entry, or a related area is required
- Previous experience with telecom specific sales teams, Local Number Portability (LPN), and/or Resp Org requirements is preferred
- Evaluating and assessing client's telecom, carrier, voice, and data, Managed services and other services including budgeting
