Key Account Manager - Sales - Solar/EPC Sector (7-10 yrs)
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar EPC projects.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solar EPC solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Sales Presentations and Proposals :
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate proposals for solar EPC projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
Contract Negotiation and Closure :
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize project contracts.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure the development of contracts that align with company policies and legal requirements.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
- Analysis sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
