Key Account Manager - Sales - Salary Account (3-8 yrs)
- Manage a set of 5-6 Account Managers.
- Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporate mapped.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporate assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees.
- Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities/cross sell solutions.
- Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
- Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products.
- Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process as laid down from time to time.
- Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank.
Job Requirements :
- Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
- Self starter and energetic individual.
- Sales focus in achieving sales targets.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Candidate should be confident and a team player.
- Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy.
- Experience in Institutions / Corporate sales preferred.
