Would you like to do active Business Development to bring more clients to us?

The role will involve actively generating new leads across industries and ensuring meeting with the top leadership teams to discuss hiring solutions.

To fit the bill, you should have :

1. Strong understanding of recruitment business ideally you should have been a recruiter yourself in your earlier avatar.

2. Passion for networking and meeting people

3. Confidence to pitch a solution with in-depth knowledge

4. A go getter and never say never attitude

5. MBA with 4+ yrs of experience

This is an office based role and needs someone who wants to be more out of office than just in office. Someone who is passionate about recruiting and has a strong pulse of the market.
