Key Account Manager - Sales - Recruitment Firm (3-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients with consistent business/revenue potential at profitable commercials
- Manage client relations through regular meetings
- Setup & manage process of hiring & drive operational efficiencies
- Work with operations & sales team to achieve onboardings/hiring numbers for each client
- Raise & track invoices with client, track the invoiced revenue Vs actual projected business revenue
Required Skills :
- Prior experience in managing multiple clients in their role
- Has working knowledge of excel, word & PPT
- Has the ability to analyze issues, resolve them, scale up and adapt to a highly challenging and competitive environment.
