Job Title : Key Account Manager - Manufacturing Industry - Mumbai
- The Key Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers in Abroad.
- Assigned to named customers, the Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
- The Key Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met by the company
Job Responsibilities :
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers- expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company objective.
- An effective communicator with strong team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line in assigned markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance/trends.
- Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key account Management - International Retailer
- Responsible for all marketing aspects of assigned for a geographical region. To retain grow the existing clients in terms of service, product range, quality price etc, to handle major accounts - International. Negotiation & finalization of quotes, sales orders & payment term with overseas clients.
- Follow up on new enquiries. Providing quotations, price list, samples etc. Converting them in clients.
- Follow up with production, purchase and dispatch team for the execution of orders.
- Updating clients about the developments of orders up to delivery of goods. Resolving all queries problems related to execution of orders till delivery of goods to clients.
- Resolving after sales quality issues if any
