Key Account Manager - Sales - Jewellery Chain Stores (5-10 yrs)
Position: Key Account Manager- Chain Stores Sales
Work experience - Minimum 5 years
Budget: 15-20 Lacs p.a.
Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- Excellent Understanding of Diamonds/Jewellery to encounter & resolve pricing issues ( with respect to quality and price)
- Experience in B2B sales preferably having experience in servicing accounts of chain stores ( ex Tanishq/Malabar/Reliance jewels/Aditya birla/Senco/etc) all big stores
- Maintain and build excellent relationships with the clients down in the system
- Should be well versed with working patterns/processes/ systems etc of chain stores
- Having knowledge of front end and back end processes of how chain stores work will be an added advantage
- Should be presentable & matured enough to deal with big accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages by giving them all necessary information relevant to the shipment/activity in coordination with Customer Services
- Should be excellent in people management, interact with people down the line and backend processes
