Key Account Manager - Sales - IT (8-10 yrs)
- Understanding of Information Technology landscape of clients
- Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to generate requirement and driving the client engagement to close the deal.
- Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the sales teams assigned to each key client
- Communicating and collaborating with all the departments/teams to ensure that key clients' needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- First point of contacts in resolving all issues and problems faced by customers and deal with all complaints
