Key Account Manager - Sales - IT (7-12 yrs)
Experience : 7+ years in BFSI
Industry : IT services to BFSI clients
Responsibility :
- To handle all the queries of the existing clients, upselling, cross selling etc. along with the new clients.
- Develop new accounts and nurture them.
- Developing new accounts via - Business networks, social media platforms, generating through partner alliance, references etc.
- To develop and implement the strategy to maximize the Pan India business of the organization.
- Cold calls to be part of profile for BD along with the strong follow-up calls.
- To close deals with major banks and finance houses
- Major of the work is on field, alternate Saturday in office for reporting purpose..
