Key Account Manager - Sales - IT (6-8 yrs)
1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
2. Accountable for quality, cost , delivery , new development and management engagement.
3. Identify new avenues for business development and RFQ management.
4. Research key customer wants and needs; suggest appropriate solutions
5. Find opportunity to improve profitability by leveraging change management, costs corrections and other opportunities.
6. Competitor benchmarking and analysis.
7. All commercial negotiation and act as one-point contact for the customer for the solutions
8. Solely responsible for marketing of added value products and opportunity differentiate in the market.
9. Measure, track, analyze and report key account metrics
10. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
