Key Account Manager - Sales - IT (4-9 yrs)
Role Objective: KAM will work with Blubirch's largest and most important customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships and build trust based relationships with key executives.
Skills Required :
- Ability to identify and build relationships with key leaders within the client organization
- Expertise in identifying, understanding and articulating clients key challenges
- Define, build and articulate differentiated value proposition based on software solution set to solve the key challenges the client is facing
- Gain expertise in the Challenger sales approach
- Identify new areas of opportunity to expand footprint
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Work closely with the sales team to smoothly transition the client from sales to delivery
- Work with the finance team to ensure client profitability is maintained
- Prepare and present weekly updates to key leaders within the client
- Identify, and propose solutions to friction points in the delivery process
- Work within company to ensure all client grievances are handled in a timely manner
- Identify areas where technology can be further improved to better handle specific client issues
- Negotiation skills to ensure the fees and charges for new work scope is commercially sustainable
- Persuasion and influence skills to push back on client requests when necessary
- Skilled in the use of CRM to ensure opportunities are tracked
KPI :
- Client experience as measured by NPS
- Client profitability
- Growth in revenue
