Key Account Manager - Sales - IT (3-5 yrs)
Position title: Key Account Manager.

Skills set: IT Sales, B2B Sales, Key account management, Enterprise sales, (Field sales but when required), IT Hardware, IT infrastructure, Cloud computing, Cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop a deep understanding of client's business objectives, challenges, and industries.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordination and Problem-Solving:
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to meet client needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in IT services, with a focus on Apple products.
- Proven success managing large IT accounts, particularly involving Apple products.
- Strong B2B networking skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Apple's enterprise product range and applications in business.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
