Key Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assess potential business opportunities in the future and boost your current company's profitability.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with our main customers.
- Oversee the sales talks with our key clients.
- Maintain constant communication channels with the following departments: advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics.
- Put together executive level reports.
- Conduct market research and make product modifications to satisfy customer demands.
- Actively engage in strategic initiatives, such as creating customer-targeting strategies.
- Act as the principal point of contact for significant customers and external suppliers.
- Make agreements with significant clients and meet deadlines in order to accomplish long-term goals.
- Handle and resolve significant client concerns in an efficient manner.
- Maintain current sales data with CRM software.
