Key Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with significant customers by serving as your primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and carry out strategic account plans in order to achieve sales targets, promote account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly review business operations with clients to ascertain their needs, address problems, and provide solutions that are focused on achieving specific goals.
- To ensure flawless product/service delivery and an excellent customer experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Look for opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- To proactively identify opportunities and threats, stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Prepare and distribute reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
