Key Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Prospect and secure new clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address clients' needs and highlight benefits.
- Stay knowledgeable about products/services to effectively communicate features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals and meet revenue goals.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Candidate Requirement:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
- Minimum 1 years experience in BFSI
