Key Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Summary
- To join our expanding team, India's Leading Insurance Company is looking for an extremely driven and results-driven Investment Relationship Manager.
- To meet aggressive sales goals for insurance products, you will be in charge of forming strategic alliances with bank employees and branch relationship managers in this crucial position.
Responsibilities:
- Within a given territory, establish and preserve strong bonds with branch managers and other bank employees.
- Select and evaluate prospective insurance leads from the bank's clientele.
- Recognize and articulate the characteristics and advantages of a range of insurance products, such as health insurance, life insurance, and other pertinent options.
- Assure effective risk and benefit communication by matching client needs with appropriate insurance options.
- Help bank employees close deals by offering guidance and encouragement for successful product marketing.
- Accurately and quickly process insurance applications while making sure that all legal and corporate criteria are met.
- Participate in the creation and execution of successful sales strategies for the branch network.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 of experience in sales and marketing in the Life Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of life and/or health insurance products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele and bank staff.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
