Key Account Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Role/Designation : Key Account Manager
Location : Andheri/Thane
Experience : 1-3 Years Only
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Scout the data for prospective POSPs (partner) in the designated region across India
- One point of contact for customers including product queries, grievances and services
- Responsible for maintaining the topline.
- Maintain a healthy professional relationship with the partner to ensure smooth flow of business.
- Maintain the clear record of call MIS
Desired Profile :
- Minimum one year in Sales/customer service & in insurance background will add an advantage.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada Telugu language will be added advantage
- NIA certificate will be added advantage
