Key Account Manager - Sales - Industrial Products (3-6 yrs)
1. Key Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory
3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing key accounts.
4. Address any billing-related inquiries or issues promptly.
5. Relationship Building : Proactively engage with key stakeholders at BHEL and other key accounts.
6. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the Trichy and Chennai territory.
7. Operations Coordination : Work closely with the operations team at Noida and Sahibabad to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
8. Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, including account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates. Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes.
