The Job :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prime purpose of this role is to enhance presence through solution marketing and client acquisition. The focus is on influencing the top management of target organisations at the HR strategy level through a fresh, solution-driven approach.
Key aspects of the job will include :
- Seeking out new opportunities through contacts, networking, cold calling and social media
- Connecting at CEO/MD/COO levels to understand their requirements and concerns and define the right value proposition
- Hunting while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Your Profile :
- A sales professional with thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Prior experience of directly dealing at senior most levels including CEO/ COO/ MD of SMEs
- Consultative selling approach with aptitude for sales hunting
- Excellent communication and customer understanding skills
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
