Role :
Manage the entire onboarding process for restaurant partners, from initial contact to full integration. Lead a team, handle contracts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to optimize offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sign contracts with restaurants, handle inquiries, and onboard new partners
- Gather sales leads and approach restaurants, from no star to 5 stars.
- Serve as the primary contact, resolving issues and building strong relationships.
- Lead a team, set targets, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2+ years in restaurant onboarding, ideally within OTA platforms like Swiggy or Zomato.
- Experience in the Goa market is a plus.
