Key Account Manager - Sales - HORECA (5-8 yrs)

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the HORECA sector.

- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance and make informed business decisions.

- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.

- Qualifications: Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing/MBA in Business Administration

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector at a managerial level with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Reporting To: National Director

- Travel: (Percentage of travel %): Minimum 15 days in a month, within the city as well as inter-stat
