We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing client relationships, taking feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about client servicing and building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client retention.

- Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback on services provided and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and implement service enhancements.

- Monitor the timely delivery of solutions to meet client requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

- Prepare regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction metrics.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
