Key Account Manager - Sales - FinTech Domain - IT Software (3-4 yrs)
1. Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
2. Must have technical background and Experience in selling Software is a must
3. Experience if fintech domain will be added advantage
4. End-to-end management of key partnerships
5. Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations
6. Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners
7. Ensure smooth partner onboarding, managing expectations, tracking and ensuring that timelines are met
8. Prepare and guarantee monthly quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
9. Ensure acceptable Turn-Around -Times (TAT) for all grievance and customer-related issues
10. Study competitor activities and formulate strategies to achieve market share objectives
11. Leading and tracking projects with regular updates and timely escalations
12. Building & providing existing clients with relevant MIS, PPT, Partnership brochure & reports to build higher information & data transparency for existing, new and prospective B2B relationships
13. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders will be preferred
14. Actively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
15. Experience in start-ups in a similar domain is a plus.
16. Meet the assigned half-yearly revenue targets, and achieve KPIs as assigned.
Requirements, Desired Skills, and Experience :
1. Experience of working within BFSI / Fintech, or with BFSI/Fintech partners is a MUST
2. Not More than 3years of relevant work experience
3. Experience in building/managing B2B partnerships
4. Good at preparing presentations.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
