Key Account Manager - Sales - Executive Search Firm (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic person who can enable our prospective/existing startups/clients to fulfill their hiring needs.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing, and LinkedIn to Senior decision-makers in Startups with a focus on finding qualified leads and setting appointments to take it forward
- Setting up meetings, pitching and convincing them to get on board with us for their hiring needs
- Ensuring regular collection of requirements from clients and fulfilling of talent with the help of the talent acquisition team
- Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM, ensuring all communications are accurately logged
- Building rapport and ensuring everything goes smoothly with the client
- Help customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives
- Build and own holistic value capture plans to enhance customers' value from their relationship with the company beyond that delivered from the current product/services
- Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads to help continuously build the opportunity pipeline
Requirements :
- At least 2 years experience in outbound B2B sales development
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization
- Presentable, sincere and disciplined
- Impeccable communication skills
- Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research and via social media
- Data-savvy with exceptional attention to detail and excellent in reporting metrics
- Driven, motivated, and eager to make high earning
