Key Account Manager - Sales - EduTech (7-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring high customer NPS across all partner schools in territory
2. Partner with Academic & Sales team to develop plans that can contribute to the success of partner school and improve client results Retention of partner schools
3. Increasing student admission in the partner schools
4. Ensuring timely dues collection from partner schools
5. Oversee BTL campaigns, engage in and improve upon in-house brand promotions
6. Track & review Client Data, reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Requirements :
1. 7-8 account management experience in customer facing concept selling organization preferably SaaS/FMCG/Industrial solution provider
2. Ready to travel across PAN India as and when required. Skills and attributes:

4. Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient
