About the role: The Key Account Manager is responsible for the maximization of account penetration and profitable growth of the defined account.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Lead and negotiate JBPs with e-commerce partners.

- Follow input and output metrics to achieve goals for the defined account.

- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.

- Prepare and present product proposals to future and current e-commerce partners

- Handle small- and large-scale sale events with the defined account as per the company's and the account's marketing calendar.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings (Including Product images, descriptions, features, shipping details, and item specifications).

- Manage digital product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency of all brand and product content.

- Ensuring maximum participation in every customer campaign

- Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating weekly reports.

- Track weekly performance metrics and implement a strategy to prove sales from channel and SKU levels.

- Ensures complete and on-time order fulfillment and operations metrics compliance.

- Demonstrate strong strategic sales and negotiation skills.

- Coordinate with the Warehouse for Product Allocation needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Graduate or Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience

- P&L management / Account Management

- Strong hands-on experience in daily E-Commerce execution and process optimization
