Key Account Manager - Sales - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :

Responsibilities :
- Handle the entire online channel, including Ecommerce platforms and websites.
- Communicate with clients to ensure smooth operation of the respective channel.
- Take responsibility for the Profit and Loss (PnL) of the channels and develop sustainable growth plans.
- Maintain platform hygiene to optimize user experience.
- Create and manage high-quality content for products, including reviews and ratings on listings.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic to product pages and stay ahead of competitors.
- Utilize marketing tools provided by the platform to plan effective marketing campaigns and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) based on impressions, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversions.
- Design and implement promotions and special offers on the platform.
- Create and implement growth strategies for the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, supply chain, logistics, and brand to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Requirements :
- Previous experience in E-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with E-commerce marketing and digital sales techniques is a plus.
