Key Account Manager - Sales - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)

Main Responsibilities:

- Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business

- Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies

- Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.

- Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager

- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs

- Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestl trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations

- Responsible for new product sell-through, competition analysis and campaign performance.

- Coordinating with Marketplace & brand for growth strategies & get it implemented through team

Qualifications:

- At least 02 to 04 years in Ecom Sales, Account Management, Business Development.


- Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer

- Category Development experience with the marketplace

- Demonstrated success in previous roles as well as delivering targets. On-line Sales, e-Commerce, digital experience compulsory

- Good command of English

- Excellent MS Office knowledge and of Advance excel

- Be able to drive sales through team members

- Candidate should be responsible for sales target of his/her portfolio

- Strong written & oral communication

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn and face challenging situations

- Proactive & Team Player
