Location - Marol, Andheri.
Preferred candidate location - Bandra to Borivali, Chembur to Ghatkopar, Bhandup, Powai, Mulund.

Role Objective :
- To manage the Ecommerce Business on key accounts like Amazon, Flipkart or
- International Business on Amazon in USA and UAE. (Allocation of accounts based on business/opportunity/ experience)
Role-Based Responsibilities:
- Responsible to conduct, operate and increase the business on key account with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers
- Connect/coordinate with Account/ Category managers of the key account
- Ensuring strong & healthy relationship with the account team to drive business
- To understand price sensitivity and manage to price, ensuring there is price parity as per the policy
- Promotions and Ads - Create and manage ads, evaluate which ads are working and optimizing the same to achieve
- Online Store Operations - Manage inventory, optimize content for listings, listing hygiene as per platform standards/guidelines
- Inventory planning and management aligned with sales and marketing plan, focus on top-sellers, to improve inventory turn and optimized discounting
- Product focus - To make sure our top-sellers are in category/ sub category sales rank with good visibility and discoverability.
- Managing and tracking payments from the partner websites, reconciliation and ensure there is no variance in the same.
- Manage brand reputation through reviews/ ratings/ feedback on the account
- Competition Mapping - constantly track competitor brands and product, comparative category share to be tracked and work on increasing it.
- Use all the tools/services available on the account that can help in increasing our customer base.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years "In Beauty and Personal Care" Category(FMCG) on Ecommerce platform.
Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)
- A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities and feedback
- A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential
