Key Account Manager - Sales & Customer Service - Textile (4-8 yrs)
Position and area :
Key Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION : Customer service and care in own specified area (bigger amount of customers than Account representative has)
KEY TASKS :
- Customer visits
- Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services
- Contract renewals and updates
- Customer feedback handling
- Termination prevention
- Follow up customer profitability counting results and needed actions
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS :
(Education, experience, knowledge and skills)
- Good results in sales or additional sales
- At least secondary level education
- Has good knowledge of textile rental business/ models and products
- Knows customer profitability counting system
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- GoodPC skills in Word and Excel
INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS :
