A renowned travel company is looking for a dynamic professional to manage relationships with key corporate clients in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Client Accounts : Build strong relationships and ensure smooth travel solutions.
- Grow Accounts : Enhance client retention and spot opportunities for upselling.
- Train & Educate : Conduct product training and share new updates with clients.
- Troubleshoot Issues : Work with internal teams to resolve challenges quickly.
- Analyze & Report : Offer data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate : Work with internal teams to create seamless client experiences.
- Stay Current : Stay informed about the corporate travel industry to advise clients effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Travel Management, or related field.
- 4+ years in travel or corporate account management.
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
