Key Account Manager - Sales - Corporate Salary - BFS (5-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers
- Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
- Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
- Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
- Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
- Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
- Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
- Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process' as laid down from time to time
- Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
Requirements :
- Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
- Self-starter and energetic individual
- Sales focus in achieving defined targets
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidate should be confident & a team player
- Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy
- Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience(in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
