Key Account Manager - Sales - Banking Forex Domain (2-5 yrs)

About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager at Zinc, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales success by managing and growing relationships with our key clients. You'll be a market-facing champion, responsible for closing high-value deals, fostering long-term partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling Zinc's product portfolio and maximizing order value.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring successful contract finalization.
- Proactively manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Regularly monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities, proactively prospecting for potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase average deal size and client lifetime value.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications :
- Minimum [2+] years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Banking or Fintech sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of Forex transactions, Trading, Lending.
- Strong relationship-building and account management expertise.
- Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, effectively navigating complex business environments.
- Ability to translate customer's financial needs and map into Zinc's product portfolio.
