Key Account Manager - Sales - Bank (2-6 yrs)
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all financial advisory needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify client needs and provide customized financial advice, including investment, insurance, tax planning, and wealth management solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and updates to ensure clients' financial strategies align with their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment, insurance, tax, and operations) to deliver seamless service and comprehensive financial solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products and services to maximize client value.
- Track and report on client performance, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Stay updated on financial markets, products, and industry trends to provide clients with informed and up-to-date advice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in financial advisory, wealth management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or other relevant certifications preferred.
