Key Account Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Create lasting connections with new clients and sustain enduring connections with current clients.
- Communicating with decision-makers in newly acquired corporate groups to secure repeat business
- Establishing a strong network of cooperation and a line of communication with other internal support departments like marketing, post-sales, finance, etc.
- Price/amount negotiations and other account-related issues
Creating and implementing plans to promote business growth
Examining market trends and best practises for customer satisfaction
- Use frequent connections and visits to engage and keep customers.
- Individual performance reports should be kept and published for periodic internal evaluations.
