Key Account Manager - Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)
Description
- Sales / Account Management Skills: Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business
- Reliable and capable of consolidating creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.
- Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community
- Practical experience in BFSI or Broking business environment or any other financial service industry would be an added advantage.
- Higher education in banking, business administration or equivalent
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
- Service and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
Responsibilities :
- Keeping contact with active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas
- Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business
- Serve as first point of contact for trouble shooting of non-technical problems
- Collecting client feedback to report to product teams.
- User training
Requirements
Prior experience: 1-3 years in similar role or having background in BFSI front office roles.
Minimum qualification: Graduation from a reputed institute.
