Key Account Manager - Sales - Advertising Firm (6-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they bring in significant income for the company.
- Address and resolve complaints from key clients efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervise account teams assigned to each key client.
- Collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet key clients' needs.
- Compile and present reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to account teams and stakeholders.
- Understand key clients' needs and requirements deeply, and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet deadlines to fulfill each client's long-term goals.
