Key Account Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within the existing client base.
Client Needs Analysis : Understand the specific needs and objectives of each client, conducting thorough needs assessments and proposing tailored solutions to address them.
Negotiation and Contract Renewals : Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service-level agreements, and ensure timely renewals.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, staying up to date with new features and capabilities to effectively communicate these to clients.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and improve your sales strategies.
Reporting : Create and maintain account plans, sales forecasts, and regular reports to management on sales performance and client satisfaction.

B2B Sales Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales is essential, demonstrating a successful track record of managing corporate clients.

Service Sales Acumen : Experience in selling services, with an emphasis on understanding client service needs and delivering solutions that align with their requirements.
