Key Account Manager - Sales (4-9 yrs)
Who are we looking for?
A Key Account Manager is responsible for handling client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company's income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Experience in handling key accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
- Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Will be responsible for complete handholding with customer till the revenue realization.
