Key Account Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)

Hyderabad/Telangana Job Code: 349777

Key Duties :

Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management :

a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)

b. Setting Appointments

c. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer)

d. Determining the Client's Solution

e. Written Proposal/Document

- Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure

- After Sales support

- Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities

Apart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to :

- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.

- Maintain a database of contact information.

- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.

- Monitor the competitors' products and services and create selling strategies for our products and services.

- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue.

Required Skills :

As a Key Accounts Manager, you would have the following skills and abilities :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data

- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent active listening skills

- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends

- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
