Key Account Manager - Sales (4-7 yrs)
- Focuses on Partner qualification and closure for successful Partner onboarding by completing the contractual Agreement.
- Sells a subset of products via partners to their customer base (provided target account list) in a designated team/squad.
- Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
- Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
- Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key partner's needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing Partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to partners promptly.
- Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales from partners that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
