Key Account Manager - Sales (4-10 yrs)
We are hiring for Key Account Manager for one of reputed client for a hybrid module work culture.

Job Description:
The Key Account Manager is expected to contribute to company's growth and development in a variety of ways.
Principal accountabilities:
- Develops the skills and knowledge to understand the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goal in assigned account(s) or sales territory.
- Develops relationships with clients to act as advisor for Language Translation / NMT / NLP / LaaS solutions
- Anticipates clients' needs and, in collaboration with solution teams, develops and presents concept notes / proposed solutions to solve client's complex business issues.
- Identifies relevant opportunities in the market from identified accounts. Anchor proposals / pitch presentations for Reverie's active pursuits in the identified accounts for targeting large opportunities. The person would also be responsible to own the proposals and manage client relationships.
- Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with delivery team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility criteria and requirements:
- Graduation (Preferably B.E / B.Tech)
- Post-Graduation / MBA (preferable but not mandatory for candidates with strong experience)
- Should have relevant experience of at least 4 years
- Prior Pre-sales / Sales / advisory experience in Public Sector in India / South Asia is a must
- Candidates with strong Sales / Business development experience in any of the reputed Consulting Organizations / Public Sector Practice of System Integrators / Big4s preferred.
