Key Account Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Achieve financial Growth through Key/Enterprise Accounts by Approaching new potential customers, regaining inactive and stopped customers, and maintaining and developing low-revenue customers.
- Lead the business development for cross-border trade through e-commerce channels.
- Identify Key/Enterprise sales and business opportunities to acquire new accounts and grow existing relationships building a sustainable client portfolio in the market.
- Chart out the strategic vision and execution path for enterprise business development for Aramex India
- Manage and grow existing businesses within the market to constantly generate revenue.
- Constantly arrange face-to-face meetings with customers to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions.
- Work closely with the center of excellence to deliver the best solutions based on the customer's portfolio and their needs
- Execute on previously signed contracts to introduce new products and services to customers and expand business within customer accounts.
