Key Account Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)

The role is with our esteemed client, we're searching for a high qualified Key Account Manager to work with our executive team.
Location - Bangalore (Sarjapur)
What you'll do
- Lead the account management team and build relationships with existing clients
- Encourage their Account Managers to gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate services.
- Focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship growth to measure the success of their clients portfolios.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Research key customer wants and needs and suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
What we're looking for :
- 2-5 years of experience in account handling
- Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field
