Key Account Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)

The PixelArt Company is a leading player in the Design industry, providing innovative solutions to our clients worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage our key clients and oversee operational processes, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and ensure their satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
Operations Oversight:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Oversee operations related to key accounts, ensuring efficiency and quick problem resolution.
- Ensure operational excellence by streamlining processes, tracking KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing strategic account plans to drive revenue and improve client satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure all client needs are met.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth operations and implementation of new projects or services.
Problem Solving & Support:
- Act as a problem-solver for any issues that arise with key accounts.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate (Fresher's are welcome)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills handling offshore clients (US & Canada)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Email Management and operations management tools.
Shift & Benefits:
Fixed shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
Fixed weekend off: Saturday & Sunday.
