Key Account Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)

Calling the retailer partners daily as per the schedule and build business relationships with the customer. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts of prime customers and mana Share the roadmap with Team Leader.

- On-board retailers on the app by registering them

- Concept Pitch

- On-boarding journey completion

- Assisting in 1st transaction & getting the 1st order.

- Entering additional outlet details as per the format.

- Relationship Management

- Call the transacting outlet 1/week. Know your Customer

- Calling & Sharing feedback on non transacting outlets.

- Helping the retailers with the transaction.

Ensuring only serious orders are placed. Return orders will not be counted

- Drive more transactions to fulfill the target requirements defined as per the lead

- Helping with issues if any. Be the eyes & ears for FK -

Reporting

- Daily outlets called with status sheet

- Performance Sheet

- Both, Hunting & Farming Productivity needs to be measured. Course correction as per targets.

Salary Structure - Fixed Salary : 20k-23k depending on candidature

- Monthly performance bonus: upto Rs.5000 per month depending on targets achieved
