1) Job Title : Key Account Manager

Job Description :

- We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team at IndusInd Bank Limited. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the CB - Liabilities business unit. Your main focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


- You will also work closely with the KAM department and report to the Reporting Manager, Feroz Ishaq Qureshi. This position is based at our Saki Naka Branch in Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop key accounts within the CB - Liabilities business unit

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Collaborate with the KAM department to achieve business objectives

- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

- Report to the Reporting Manager, Feroz Ishaq Qureshi

Requirements :

- Previous experience in key account management or a similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Knowledge of the banking industry and CB - Liabilities products

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

2) Job Title : Relationship Manager

Job Description :

- Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping

- Grow the liability base (CASA,FD) of the bank by deepening relationships of premium mapped customer base.

- Sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) with a view to enhance revenue per client

- Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products- Life Insurance

- Increase the bank and third party product holding of the mapped client

- Actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products

- Conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance

Required Candidate profile :

- Any graduate with 4-7 years' experience as a Relationship manager from Banking/Insurance

- AMFI/IRDA certified

- Knowledge of Banking products and processes.

- Strong Relationship Management skills. (Candidates with existing set of customers are preferred)

- Candidate must be self-motivated and must be able to pitch products to the clients.

- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.

- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.
