Key Account Manager - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Generate high-quality leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to display the value of KPB Solution's offerings.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients.
- Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition of clients to our services.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven record of accomplishment in B2B sales, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex services.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results.
- Open for field visit (B2B)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
