Key Accounts Manager
- Account Manager will be responsible for Post-sales support and escalation management.
- Farming & up-selling on-boarded clients with respect to better plans.
- Educate every client about new plans offers as on when raised by No broker.
- Retaining every account through successful renewals on completion of the subscription period.
- Growing the overall revenue portfolio through the referral matrix.
- Candidate can directly be in the field -log out is not required by the candidate.
- Open to work on weekends (Rotational week off Monday- Thursday).
- Open to any industry except real estate.
- Must have English, Kannada, Hindi
