Key Account Manager - Pharma Packaging Firm (8-12 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Manage assigned accounts in order to achieve annual sales targets as established by the company.

2. Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities.

3. Ensure the ordered products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

4. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client

5. Analysis and identification of upcoming market needs and opportunities

6. Submit quotations in a timely manner and effective negotiation to close the deal with meaningful conclusion.

7. Close follow up with customer to get payment on time.

8. Managing communications between Customers and internal teams to resolve issues, problems and complaints related to the products.

9. Analyze customers- needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements as per agreed timeline.

10. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.

11. Prepare regular reports of progress and reliable forecasts for global sales, demand and business coordination team.

12. Manage sales operations and support to implement sales promotional activities.

13. Attend and participate in tradeshows, seminars, customer days, and roadshows for expanding customer base to bring new business.

14. Plan customer visits periodically to enhance customer interest in company products/services/offerings and strengthen the business relationship with customers

Qualification and Experience :

Bachelor or Master in Science and Pharmacy degree with 8 to 10 years- experience in sales/ new business development related to the pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Medical Device / Pharmaceutical packaging industry. Candidate should be familiar with the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare market in India.
